Character Design/Concepts Idea

These are currently is a design of a character I can't quite get the details right. I wanted the design to be along with the lines of the business casual suit but at the same time has a mask on that doesn't really conceal much but gives the burglar look or mischievous feel to it. I want him to have unpredictable nature but that's just food for thought.
